(Phase 3)

In the third phase of the ProActivity process, an ITT Embedded Specialist will take up residence within your plant to execute the recommendations of the Assessment. It is the job of this highly skilled pump expert to collect, analyze, and implement pump efficiency improvements. The ultimate goal is to reduce the total cost of ownership through plant optimization. The  Embedded Specialist will provide ongoing hydraulic and pump system expertise, establish a continuous cycle of identification and elimination of inefficiencies, and coordinate optimization programs in the areas of reliability, energy, and maintenance.

Your Embedded Specialist will perform these duties by assuming three distinct roles: Trusted Advisor, Pump Reliability  pecialist, and Team Leader.
